How to purchase images on this site

All photographs appearing on MnPrepPhoto.com are the exclusive property of MN Prep Photo and the Minnesota State High School League and are protected under United States copyright laws. These photographs may not be reproduced, copied or manipulated in any way without the written consent of MN Prep Photo.

The Lightbox

> The Lightbox is YOUR collection of images. You may add up to 30 images to your lightbox. If you wish to purchase an image that is in your lightbox, click on the thumbnail to view the enlarged image. Select the items that you want to purchase and click on the "add to cart" button.

Shopping Cart

> The shopping cart displays your order details, if you wish to delete an image from your order before proceeding to checkout, simply hit the remove link on the right side.

Checking out

> You will need to login to checkout your order. If you are new to the site please complete the registration form to create a username and password. This information is stored, so that you can return to the site to make future purchases and so that we can review your orders.

> If you do not want to use our online ordering system, we are available to take phone orders from 10AM to 2PM Central time on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Our off-line credit card system takes VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS. You can, of course, always mail a check as well, however, this adds considerable time to the processing of your order.

Ordering Policy & Disclaimer for Individual Photographs

> We hope you are enjoying the ability to relive your state finals experience through our pictures. Our goal is to provide you with best possible quality picture. The images on this site are for viewing purposes only and do not reflect the final crop of the photograph you will receive.

> By placing an order, you agree to and understand the following...

1. The pictures you are viewing on the web are the 'full frame' images, just as the photographer saw them through their camera.

2. We will automatically crop the picture when it is printed.
The crop will depend on several key issues, including but not limited to; size of print (each print size has different proportions, i.e. a 4X6 is full frame, an 8X10 is short and fat while a 5X7 is tall and skinny), and content of the photo.

3. We reserve the right to crop your photograph as our expertise dictates.

Be advised that if there is a particular portion of the photograph that must remain in the final print, please contact us via phone or email as soon as you place your order. Not alerting us in this manner disqualifies the buyer to any refund or reprint of that picture.

4. Such issues as focus, color balance and shadow detail do relate to the quality of the final product. Because of the nature of sports action photography these issues are out of our control. When making a selection from our site, please keep in mind, what-you-see-is-what-you-get. We make every effort to color correct each print ordered, however focus, shadow detail and depth of field are aspects of your print where we have a very limited control.

Product Return Policy

> If for any reason you are not satisfied with a print order, we will refund 100% of your order upon its return to us in the condition that it was received. Return shipping charges are your responsibility. You must contact us prior to any return and we will give you specific return instructions. If your order is delivered damaged, it is your responsibility to contact the shipper. IMPORTANT: Save all packing materials. Failure to do so can cause the shipper to deny your claim.
